Location

Located 250m from the white sand of Balangan beach, Villa Blue Lagoon offers an astonishing ocean and sunset view. This villa is ideal to enjoy this exceptional walking distance beach and its charming surroundings, only 5 minutes drive from the remarkable 18-hole New Kuta Golf, 15 minutes from Jimbaran, 30 minutes from the airport. 

 

 

The main gate opens on a parking space and a walkway leads to the main building. On the first floor, the living area includes dining with 8 to 10 comfortable seats, living with large flat screen TV, sound system and comfortable sofa and seats. On the left, a white fully very well equipped kitchen complete this spacious convivial area surrounded by two green gardens at the back and in front. Designed as a lagoon the generous swimming pool is mixing shallow part and 15 meters long swimming area facing the ocean.

A contemporary bale right across the swimming pool with its outside sofa and furniture is the place to relax. On the left wing are located two spacious bedrooms with minimalist design and ensuite bathrooms, one with a private garden, the other with a terrace facing the sea. On the other side the study room as an island in the shallow large pool is facing the ocean. An outside staircase is leading to a low garden and the well-equipped gym room.

Two other bedrooms are located on the second floor, both offer an astonishing view enjoying sunset and ocean view directly from the bed. The generous ensuite bathrooms are separated by a glass window offering a nice view and plenty of light. Going up to the roof top enjoy all what Bali has to offer, green nature, volcanoes, Indian Ocean and sunset.
Last but not least, the entrance of the villa features a garage big enough to fit 3 cars, one staff area including laundry, technical and generator room.

 

Service

A dedicated staff including butler, house-keepings, gardeners, pool attendant security guards will ensure your comfort and bring the right level of service you require.
