Casa Cinta 1 is a gorgeous 3-bedroom luxury villa, located just meters away from the beach in Batu Belig, a quiet area located strategically in between Seminyak and Canggu. The villa features a grand, modern, double-storey pavilion with a spacious, air-conditioned living room and three comfy villa suites. The most striking thing about Villa Casa Cinta 1 are the beautiful wall paintings made by Italian artists. They are handmade, unique and they give this villa character a unique character. Next door, you will find Villa Casa Cinta 2 – the 3-bedroom twin sister of Casa Cinta 1 and they can be rented out together for larger traveling groups. The interior design is of Villa Casa Cinta 1 is chic and contemporary. There is a lounge/entertainment corner, a dining area and a well-equipped state-of-the-art kitchen. From the comfy cushioned sofas, you can sit back to enjoy the garden view (in air-conditioned comfort that is!), or you can watch movies on the flat-screen cable TV with 60 international channels. A stack of DVDs and board games are provided for endless family fun. The timber dining table for 6 stands on an oriental carpet, next to a floor-to-ceiling mural painting of a tree.

The chic, contemporary kitchen comes with a bar and 3 stools to sit and have coffee in the morning, beers in the afternoon and cocktails in the evening. The air-conditioned living room is easily configured into a tropical open-plan living space, giving almost direct access to the pool and the long chairs under the sun. Up on the first floor, there is another lounge area, furnished with a pull-out sofa-bed and a library of books. The walled garden is tropical as can be, featuring green foliage growing lushly by the side of the crystal clear, glistening swimming pool. The waterfall feature tops it off. The sound of rippling water certainly ads to the tranquil ambience of this luxury oasis of Batu Belig.

Villa Casa Cinta 1 houses 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is found downstairs, opening up to the garden and pool. The second and third bedroom are located up on the first floor, adjoined to a breezy balcony that overlooks the garden and pool down below. All the villa’s bedrooms and bathrooms feature beautiful mural paintings in different shapes and colors, giving character to each individual-styled bedroom. All 3 bedrooms feature air-conditioning, rustic timber floors, four-poster king-size beds, wardrobes and en-suites fitted with rain showers. Bathroom guest amenities are provided. The master room comes with a plush carpet and a sofa – a perfect spot to curl up with a good book before sleep. An extensive library of books is available.
